Process

The collage below was created from pictures of items in my apartment.  I was originally planning on using images of the beautiful spring flowers outside, but after being advised against using those for creativity reasons, I decided to challenge myself and shorten my scope of resources.  

I was inspired by the Marie Antoinette quote "Let them eat cake," and went from there.  Overall, I drew from the visual cues of educational posters and Russian propaganda posters, while still holding onto the French spirit.  For the hair I wanted a mix of Einstein and wig.
